About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Shelf Associate to manage and optimize product detail page content across major e-commerce platforms including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Amazon, and more. This role supports and champions innovative digital shelf strategies through content development, syndication, maintenance, troubleshooting, auditing, SEO keyword research, and enhanced content publication. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure retail readiness, content compliance, and drive to conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage catalog publication and syndication using platforms like Salsify, Syndigo, etc as well a retailer direct portals
- Maintain and audit product content across retailer sites, using industry insights, client reporting, retail content scores, and other platforms such as Profitero, eFundamentals, etc
- Conduct SEO keyword research and ensure optimized e-commerce content
- Organize and publish enhanced content (A+ Pages, Rich Media, Brand Stores)
- Submit and maintain new product listings on retailer portals
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project progress and maintain reporting tools
- Stay current on industry trends and platform updates
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in e-commerce, SEO, syndication, or related fields preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative team player
- Independent self-starter comfortable taking ownership of workflows
Work Environment:
This is a remote role with limited travel (up to 5%). Work is primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use. Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be required.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duty
· Develop campaign strategy to guide initiatives that will accomplish client’s campaign goals
o Determine what tactics will best achieve the goals of each client (drive brand awareness, increase revenue, encourage loyalty etc.)
o Conduct research and determine appropriate keywords for optimizing client websites or campaigns
o Identify marketing strategy opportunities, including but not limited to database segmentation, drip campaign strategy, content strategy, and etc.
o Build allocations and determine the most appropriate way to distribute a client’s advertising budget
o Work with internal and external teams to determine company-wide marketing strategies and execute accordingly
o Set appropriate KPIs and expectations
· Analyze campaign reports and present to client on a regular basis
o Track performance through reporting tools
o Make suggestions for improvements based on the findings from doing a deep analysis of reporting
o Communicate with clients regarding updates and/or answer any questions regarding performance
· Drive tactical execution of the campaigns based on client expectations
o Assign day-to-day tasks to coordinators to ensure campaigns are successfully set up and regular reporting is generated may be required
o Partner with various teams to execute marketing strategies created
o Optimize digital marketing strategies for best performance
o Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance
· Aid other team members in strategy builds and task completion
o Help develop standard practices for the team to succeed
o Help train new team members and coach them through best practices
o Join in and lead client discussions for other team members

Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related field, preferably in an Agency environment
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-started qualities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
• Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and reasoning skills
• Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Google AdWords and Tableau experience a plus
• Amazon Advertising experience a big plus
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
