We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to join our Social Media Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role is pivotal in expanding our social media distribution and driving the integration and enhancement of our social media capabilities. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new social networks, developing partnerships internal and external to the bank, and ensuring the effective integration of social media strategies within the bank's broader marketing framework.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of social media programs and projects.
  • Develop comprehensive program strategies that align with the bank's business goals and objectives.
  • Establish program governance structures to ensure consistent and effective management.

Partnership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with social media platforms, vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage and align cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive program execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the social media team and other organizations to facilitate integrated marketing efforts.

Program Planning and Execution:

  • Define program objectives, scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Monitor program progress, adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Implement best practices in program management to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Integration and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing channel partners to integrate social media strategies across channels.
  • Ensure that social media initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the bank's overall marketing and communication plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive innovation and alignment across teams.

Social Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and posts in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Foster a positive community environment and encourage active participation.

Social Listening and Analysis:

  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends, conversations, and brand mentions.
  • Analyze social media data to gain insights into customer sentiment and behavior.
  • Prepare regular reports on community feedback, engagement metrics, and trends.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for program initiatives.
  • Regularly review and assess program performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics to track program performance and ROI.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future program strategies and decisions.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other organization, including Marketing, and Social Media Customer Care.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to represent the voice of the community.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in social media, digital marketing, or related areas.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP or similar program management certification is highly desirable.
