Location: Dublin

Role Description:


The team is responsible for leading cross functional/large scale process reviews across global markets, implementing process improvements, influencing strategic change, educating the organization on available tools, and championing a culture of change.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, define, and execute solutions to improve Global Markets Operations process gaps
  • Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
  • Partner with Line Operations and Technology to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Utilize analytics to understand trends and opportunities
  • Lead discussions with teams, identifying performance patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and leverage mechanisms to assess operational efficiency and performance
  • Maximise industry tooling to empower teams, provide guidance and help teams achieve process efficiencies
  • Be a culture carrier to inculcate an environment of continuous improvement
  • Develop partnerships across global market operations

What we are looking for:

  • Understanding of financial markets and end to end operational flows within global markets
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Data visualization, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and digital transformation is an advantage (i.e Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and programs such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Understanding of Machine Learning and AI Concepts
  • Prior experience of vendor/technology evaluation and selection
  • Ability to face off with senior operations and tech heads at a strategic level while understanding the detail
  • Process simplification, process design and operational excellence mindset
  • Interest in innovation, automation, and vendor tooling
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
