Responsibilities:
- Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
- Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
- Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
- Inspects data to identify issues and trends
- Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
FLU Specific Responsibilities:
- Advances business products knowledge within operations environment

- Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status.
- Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, or units, including research.
- Initiates projects and alternatives to improve operations efficiency
- Ability to use Microsoft Office to support status reporting requirements
- Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work and on the job training
- Ability to communicate across and up the organization
- Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision. and act on it
- Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes
- Coordinates the testing and implementation of new products and or services impacting the unit
- Prepares and validates procedures and is involved in process improvement initiatives. This position reports to the ATM Exceptions manager
- Weekly/Regular communication to teams regarding procedure and business updates including
- Participate in meetings with business partners as part of projects and change initiatives - this may include system testing
- Provide support and training to representatives within the department including new hires
- Review operational procedures/training material at scheduled review period; provide updates as necessary
- Handle escalation requests and system breaks; report and open tickets for any system issues; follow up with teams and business partners until it’s resolved
- Proactively identify risk in processes and escalate appropriately
- May work production cases on an occasional basis
FLU Specific Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years ATM Operations experience
- Proven meeting facilitation at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in both
- Consulting on procedural, technical, and operational changes
- The ability to coach and train on all levels
- Experience leading implementations for products, services, and operational solutions
- Managing the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Inspecting data to identifying issues and trends
- Coordinating the implementation of new products and or services, procedures, and systems and or hardware solutions for problems in the operations environment
- Thorough understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
- Cash Exception Platform reconciliation experience (Deposits) and/or Recon Plus Frontier reconciliation experience (Dispense)
- Operational accounting experience along with working knowledge of processes to include applicable policies and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in both
- Previous experience with general ledger
- Thorough understanding of debits and credits
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, proficient with numbers and effective organizational skills
