Location Overview:

The Team:
The International AI team sits at the forefront of one of the bank’s most exciting areas of transformation. The team is responsible for delivering the International AI Catalyst programme, turning innovative ideas into practical, high-impact solutions that can improve how we work, make decisions, and serve stakeholders across the region.
The team is leading a growing portfolio of GenAI use cases across multiple lines of business and corporate functions, including Operations, Legal, GCOR, and Legal Entity COO. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team helping shape how AI is applied in a responsible, scalable, and business-focused way across the organisation.
Role Description:
As the bank accelerates AI adoption and moves from exploration to scaled implementation, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the International AI team at a pivotal stage of growth. This role offers the chance to work on high-visibility initiatives, influence how opportunities are shaped, and help deliver meaningful change through AI across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
• Help identify and shape AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value and support strategic priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to turn ideas into clearly defined use cases and actionable requirements.
• Contribute to the delivery of innovative GenAI solutions, working with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, legal, and control partners to ensure solutions are delivered responsibly, with the right governance, approvals, and documentation in place.
