Scope: Delaware, Maryland, Virginia
Develop local marketing programs that ladder up to overarching brand campaign and strategic initiatives.
Plan and manage local communication calendar in partnership with B2C and B2B marketing leads.
Track local competitors and consumer insights, synthesizing key learnings into monthly reports.
Work with the sales team in developing sales enablement, targeted offers and marketing tools to achieve revenue goals.
Nurture relationships with local chambers associations and other key partnerships to build community ties.
Lead event strategy from small to large scale to support sales, brand and activation goals.
Coordinate end to end logistics for all local events including promotional materials, post-event nurture tactics and establishing KPIs to measure success.
Build and manage the field marketing budget for your markets.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
5+ years of comparable field marketing experience.
3+ years experience with event planning.
BA/BS Marketing or Communications.
Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Well versed in digital to traditional tactics and leveraging multiple channels to create omni-channel campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft suite and adept with the following software/tools: Google tools, Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking in a fast-paced, results driven environment. A self-starter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
