The EdAssist B2B Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching a B2B marketing discipline within EdAssist to drive awareness, interest and qualified leads for our Sales team.

What you will be doing:
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns based on specific target verticals, including industry, persona, place in the customer lifecycle, etc.
Partner with product marketing and client visibility to leverage our evolving positioning and messaging to drive engagement among buyers
Closely monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
Communicate progress and results to marketing, leadership, and sales
Drive continuous improvement on the lead-to-appointment conversion rate and other areas across the sales funnel
Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and internal teams
Establish a close partnership with sales teams to help build and progress pipeline
Maintain a close eye on the competitive landscape to help inform decisions and stay on top of new trends; constantly find ways to differentiate our brand and identify best practices
Create ABM campaigns to target and nurture top prospects
Develop lead attribution model to demonstrate marketing-driven performance
What we hope you bring to this role:
Bachelor's Degree is required
10+ years of experience in product marketing and marketing related disciplines
Additional Job Requirements:
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a demand generation or an account-based marketing role
Data-driven with the ability to work towards key metrics, report on progress and results, and make necessary adjustments in strategy
Ability to segment audiences and craft personalized customer journeys
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and customer lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
Excellent communication and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and third-party partners
Experience using marketing technology, preferably Salesforce
#indccCompensation Range: $120,000-$125,000 per year
