Bright Horizon’s is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Client Relationship Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing programs that target Bright Horizon’s clients and Client Employees. This individual will focus on the implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the use of Bright Horizons services.

What you will be doing:

  • Support strategy and execution of marketing programs that target Bright Horizon’s clients and Client Employees.

  • Manage creation of marketing collateral including, templates, email print and digital marketing communications for promoting Bright Horizons services to client employees.

  • Reviews, implements, and enforces appropriate use of company brand materials and copy across all marketing collateral.

  • Drive awareness and utilization of the broader Bright Horizons solutions to support customer retention and revenue growth

  • Develop positive ongoing relationships with Strategic Partners within Bright Horizon’s marketing team.

  • Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Operations teams.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required - in marketing or related field preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field required

Additional Job Requirements

  • Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated

  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting

  • Willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving and fast growing marketing organization

  • Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus.

  • Experience working with internal or external creative agencies and providing creative direction/feedback preferred
