The Growth Operations Analyst supports the Growth Operations team in their efforts to drive adoption and enablement of business tools and technologies, operational efficiency and productivity improvements across the Growth organization. The ideal candidate has a background in Sales Operations or Sales and prior experience working with Salesforce CRM. The Growth Operations Analyst will become a subject matter expert on Sales workflows and best practices with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other tools used by the Growth Team, and will administer operational support meant to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Growth Team.

What you will be doing:

  • Become a subject-matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Bright Horizons Growth Team workflows/processes, and apply that knowledge to developing best-practices for users

  • Administer other Sales Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator - provisioning new users and providing onboarding training/materials

  • Assist with ad-hoc user support requests

  • Maintain data-quality by creating/updating records when needed

  • Generate Salesforce reports/dashboards analyzing pipeline, forecasting or tracking productivity

  • Assist with enhancement projects to improve data quality/user experience, which will include:

    • Business-requirements gathering

    • Solution Design

    • Testing

  • Support enablement by developing and delivering internal training courses/programs targeting Growth Team and how they engage with technology like Salesforce

  • Develop and maintain learning materials and documentation

    • Applying foundational knowledge of the Salesforce and Sales workflows to design curriculum/content

  • Developing and monitoring metrics and building reporting capabilities including:

    • Evaluating Sales and Account Management KPIS

    • Evaluating training effectiveness

    • Evaluating engagement with Sales tools

What we hope you will bring to this role:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred

Experience

At least 1 year of experience required

1-3 years of related work experience preferred

3 minimum additional years of experience would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM required.

  • Strong communication skills are essential. Individual must be comfortable working with a variety of user groups at all levels within the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences.

  • Systems thinker

  • Proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas and the flexibility to adapt to new and changing information.
