IAM Security Systems Analyst - Remote

The IAM Information Security Analyst is responsible for the access administration and access management for Bright Horizons’ Infrastructure and Applications. This person will conduct assessments and identify information security risks to the enterprise associated with employees with online access and system accounts while granting, revoking or changing role based access appropriate to each role.
What will you be doing:
We are looking for a technical analyst with experience in access and privileged access management to assist in the onboarding of applications to the Identity and Access Management platform. This position will be primarily responsible for onboarding internal and external applications onto the Identity Access Management platform. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong understanding of best practices for deploying Identity Management Solutions for business applications using e.g. Saviynt, RSA, SailPoint, CA, Oracle knowledge of Bright Horizons applications across a broad range of technologies including Windows, UNIX, databases and Cloud.
Experience with end/target systems and e.g. Saviynt, RSA, SailPoint, CA, Oracle APIs, REST APIs, Custom Connectors
Interacting with developers, analysts, security analysts, and technical and non-technical business teams to determine use cases and business processes for roles, entitlements, provisioning and de-provisioning .
Works with management at all levels to create and certify all job role access. This position will interface with BFAM business units and IT teams to understand and document their access requirements and propose solutions.
Conducts quarterly reviews of provisioned risky access.
Ensures all job roles are certified for appropriate access on an annual basis by Sr. Management role owners or their designee.
Ensures separation of duties with online access.
Identity lifecycle management (new hire, transfer, termination) - ensure timely removal of access, generate access removal requests, investigate and resolve suspicious account activity
Process access requests
Contributes to the building and maintaining policies and reports for IAM
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
Experience conducting and interpreting vendor risk assessments
Produce a quality work product while addressing risks and meeting allotted completion timeframes.
Act as a security liaison between IT, Applications and business units.
Provide direction to other teams and contractors at varied implementation levels.
Train new members of the Information Security team.
Assist internal and external audit teams on annual Information Security Audits.
What we hope you will bring to the job:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Network Security Required
Experience
5 year experience required in IAM experience, knowledge of of identity management tools (Savivnt, RSA, SailPoint, CA, Oracle) technology, RBAC methodologies, policies and processes
3 years Minimum additional years of experience that would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree.
Additional Job Requirements
Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
CISSP, CISA or other advanced information security certification preferred
Strong analytical, organization, and decision-making skills
Provide expertise and support to management and business functional areas as request, when a business description occurs
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in fast paced priority demanding environment
Compensation Range:
The annual salary range for this role is: $85,000 to $94,000.

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
