The Education Design Specialist is responsible for providing research support and maintaining provider-related databases and associated resources across the organization. This position involves significant detail-oriented work, cross-team communication, and the manipulation of data in excel spreadsheets, client relationship management (CRM) platforms, and other databases. While the education design specialist predominantly works inside the company (within their team and cross-functionally), there may be some client-facing and provider-facing exposure.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports education provider product execution through research and fact-checking activities

  • Evaluates education providers based on specific criteria such as accreditation and sanction status

  • Maintains provider databases and related resources by performing routine updates and quality assurance activities, and supporting other data governance and research initiatives

  • Organizes and manages team files, documents, content libraries, and other resources

  • Engages in data collection and fulfills internal and external requests for provider information as required

  • Join client or provider meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in research/analysis or a position with similar requirements is required

  • Bachelor’s degree (in a field that required research and/or information management) or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite; Salesforce, JIRA, and Monday.com proficiency preferred

  • Proven ability to gather information, identify trends, and summarize findings to support decision-making

  • Proven attention to detail, with the ability to find and flag small errors within large amounts of data

  • Proven ability to work well across teams and in distance/work-from-home environments

  • Proven time and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client/provider-facing communication

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $28.00 – $30.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
