Content Coordinator - Temporary

Primary Purpose
The Content Coordinator will specifically focus on podcast production. They will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end production and publication process of our podcast & social video content, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
This Hybrid role requires 3 days per week in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Assist with researching potential guests for our podcast series
- Secure studio days in collaboration with the Video team, studio company, and co-hosts
- Coordinate with guests to schedule recording sessions
- Arrange and schedule preparation calls if requested by guests, co-hosts, or project stakeholders
- Assist with preparing guest release/intake forms and distributing Best Practices documentation
- Refine the run of show as needed and develop engaging questions for each podcast episode
- Collaborate with the B2B and B2E teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
- Submit detailed video briefs for each podcast episode to the production team
- Create compelling titles and concise descriptions for each episode for publication and marketing
- Produce accurate transcripts
- Support short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Supports efforts so shape our brand’s visual storytelling and drive engagement across digital channels.
- Organize and maintain a library of video assets, templates, and project files.
- Work closely with social media managers, designers, and copywriters to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.
- Initiate a marketing plan for each podcast episode, including drafting Creative briefs for creative assets and copy if needed
- Generate UTM tracking links for tracking the performance of each marketing asset
- Distribute marketing materials to relevant stakeholders and teams
- Draft articles for Bright Horizons.com related to each podcast episode
- Partner with the Digital team to create resource page for each episode
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in content coordination, publishing, or digital marketing, results-oriented and highly motivated
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
- Must be detail-oriented and with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
- Flexible mindset. Adaptable to changing deadlines or priorities, with ability to communicate to all stakeholders appropriately
- Proficiency with MS Office required; experience with CRM and other marketing technology preferred
- Basic copywriting and template customization experience preferred
