The Citizens Wealth Management Strategy Consultant is responsible for the understanding, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives and is a key member of the Wealth Change Management team within Citizens Wealth Management. The Strategy Consultant will collaborate with many different teams within Wealth Management, and cross-functionally with other business lines, to implement assigned strategic initiatives. The person in the role is expected to support several strategic priorities within the Wealth Management business at any given time. Intellectual curiosity and a propensity to gather insights, combined with relationship-building and communication skills will be key to success.

Primary responsibilities include

• Consult with key stakeholders to establish best practices and ensure proper change management routines are in place for successful execution of assigned strategic priorities
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels in the organization
• Support business readiness for areas impacted by change – policies, procedures, training, communications
• Synthesizing information from various sources to prepare and deliver presentations related to assigned projects
• Ad-hoc reporting to support project and business needs

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• 2-3 years previous experience in project management or change management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategic shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills both in independent work and collaborative environments
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Solid understanding of how to help people navigate change
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate and contribute in strategic and transformational initiatives/projects
• Strong presentation skills

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 - 5:00pm EST
