Lead an inside mortgage sales team responsible for generating sales of home lending products including mortgage, home equity loans and lines of credit through leads and applications obtained through, but not limited to, the retail branch network, internal phone and web referrals and other internal direct to customer campaigns. Through timely and responsive customer contact; needs based selling techniques; and by adhering to all applicable quality and service guidelines, meet production and customer satisfaction targets. Ensure follow up and follow through with both Internal and External customers is occurring with a sense of urgency. Meet and exceed established department service level agreements.

Primary responsibilities include

• Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories.
• Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets.
• Work to improve the customer base.
• Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients.
• Partner with directors in other fields to come up with better strategies.
• Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Min 5 years experience managing a team of inside mortgage sales professionals
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Retail Bank experience preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (1 Saturday per month)
