Job Description

As the Marketing Manager for Card Customer Communications, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of customer communications for Citizens consumer credit cards. Marketing channels include email, SMS, and mobile app. This team member will be a highly visible, engaged member of our broader Consumer Lending Marketing team with ample opportunity to collaborate across business lines and functions and grow.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for omni-channel customer communications to support engagement, deepening, retention, and acquisition activities.
    • Communicating with cross-functional partners on communication priorities, strategies, and performance.
    • Working with card marketing and business teams to ensure customer communications support is aligned to business goals.
    • Innovate and test new strategies and tactics to drive results and engagement.
    • Learning from previous campaigns and making improvements based on results/feedback.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead teams through dynamic plans
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
    • Candidate should have strong project management and communication skills.
    • Candidate should have consumer communication expertise.
    • Credit card experience strongly preferred but not required.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 (4 days in office/1 day remote)
  • Location: Westwood
