Job Description
As the Risk Reporting & Strategy Analyst supporting the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, you will support designing, enhancing, and managing credible challenge processes, procedures, and supporting documentation. The Risk Reporting & Strategy Analyst will support the development of key reporting data sets to provide senior management updates on the status of top operational, technology and information & cyber risk along with key insights and observations as to business division progress in the management of their risk and control environments. The Risk Reporting & Strategy Analyst will support the ORM leadership in executive of annual and semi-annual strategy sessions and progress updates to assess strategy delivery. The candidate will collaborate across the operational risk management team, various risk stripes and key business leaders in the completion of ORM business strategy and support activities and key projects.

Support the ongoing management and improvement of the Operational Risk Management programs, underlying procedures and supporting documentation requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support the ORM team routines to review progress in the delivery of ORM owned risk issues to assess delivery progress, impediments, and escalation items.
- Support key risk management reporting routines which may include Citizens senior management reporting as well as regulatory reporting routines.
- Develop active working relationships with risk management leaders across ORM and the larger risk and Citizens organization.
- Support the development of oversight reporting in service to senior management as to updates and progress of the oversight program and delivery.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience and skill set with excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure and experience with Generative AI concepts and products
- Ability to adapt to innovative technology and tools for integration into projects.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and deliver on multiple priorities.
- 2+ years in banking and/or risk management experience in the financial services industry.
- Understanding banking products and operations; regulatory requirements; and key processes, controls, and key processes, controls, and exposure areas
Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Risk Management or Internal Audit certifications preferred.
Hours and Work Schedule:
- Hours per Week: 40
- Location: Boston MA, Westwood, MA, or Johnston RI
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
