We are continuing to look for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty to join our growing team. Additionally, a dynamic, industry leader has been appointed as Head of Citizens Private Wealth Managers to oversee this strategy. This individual is leading efforts to attract top-quality wealth managers and their teams from across the U.S. to grow our business. To date, Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.
The Wealth Manager Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing day-to-day support to specific Wealth Manager Teams. The CSA leads onboarding and service for new and existing clients. The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth/ ultra HNW clients. Lastly, he/she is responsible for client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Candidates may be required to hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 (not required for application)
Undergraduate degree a plus
Foundational knowledge of investment/wealth and banking products
Detail oriented and customer focused
Professional and strong verbal and written communication; very polished
Prior brokerage or RIA experience strongly preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $29.80 - $45.28 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
