Primary responsibilities include
- SME on workflows / end-to-end processes and front-end user experience for TA applications
- Facilitate basic system maintenance (e.g., edit email templates, job posting descriptions, offer letter templates, drop down options)
- Educate HR Tech on TA processes so they understand experiences
- Execute the test scripts and recommend test scenarios based on our processes
- Provide hyper-care post-releases, raise and troubleshoot with Human Resources Technology and/or suppliers
- Provide change management within TA to support awareness and adoption of workflow/process changes
- Troubleshoot Tier 1-level support required; elevate and partner with supplier(s) and Human Resources Technology on Tier 2 and 3
- Recommend and implement workflow / process optimizations
- Maintain and prioritize TA backlog based on business impact and experience
- Gather requirements, assess resource capacity, and deliver scalable recruiting solutions
- Analyze recruiting data and user feedback to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities
- Define/create process documents and reference material
- Manage application relationships and integrations (except Oracle); relies on suppliers for technical support
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, including roles such as Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TA applications and processes.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and user feedback to identify pain points.
- Skilled in recommending and implementing workflow optimizations and automation.
- Experience driving awareness and adoption of process changes within Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of technology and process changes.
- Experience leading changes within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts or processes in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills to work across HR Tech, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Experience with Paradox, HireVue, HackerRank and JIRA.
- Experience navigating model validation of AI and Gen AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with customer journey optimization and end-to-end experiences.
- Experience with agile operating models and design thinking.

Hours per Week: 40+
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
This colleague must work 4 days in office.
Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
