As the Business Analyst on the Real Estate Operation team, you will analyze the business objectives and requirements. The chosen incumbent will help identify appropriate business solutions to those requirements. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong written/communications skills
- Solid understanding of project management techniques/methodologies.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Self-starter able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate.
- Responsible for all Real Estate Operations reporting which include: work order details, employee hourly data, leasing data for HVAC, signage & office and parking lot refresh
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred or minimum of 4 year's relevant Business Analyst experience
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per week: 40 Hours
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8AM – 5PM
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
