The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various business partners to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and create insightful reports and dashboards.
Primary responsibilities include
- Responsible for transforming data into easily understandable visualizations and reports that enable informed decision making and insights.
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all BI activities.
- Document BI processes and procedures.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, including communicating project status to business leaders and sharing outcomes and value after completion.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and clarify requirements and serve as a key connection point with business partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively establish relationships across teams.
- Ability to ramp quickly by learning the business, identifying high-value work, and navigating data sources and internal support channels.
- Experience supporting both technical, data-driven initiatives and business-facing dashboarding or reporting needs.
- Ability to navigate enterprise environments, including securing appropriate access, tools, and systems needed to perform the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building credibility and trust with stakeholders, particularly when supporting partners deeply familiar with their business domain.
- Experience working in a growth or build environment, contributing to the development of a new or evolving team capability.
- Interest in expanding both technical and business acumen, with the ability to grow within the role.
- Strong ability to communicate insights and outcomes in a way that clearly conveys business impact and value.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytics-related discipline.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications or training in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization tools.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; no weekend hours required.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
