The primary focus of the Property Project Manager is to support Real Estate Operations through process improvement, invoice oversight, budget tracking, vendor spend management, and analytics. This role drives operational efficiency, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and timely invoice resolution in alignment with Real Estate Operations strategy and deliverables.

Candidate will provide operations, invoice processing, budget tracking, vendor management, and analytical expertise to support reporting related to service delivery, cost, quality, and performance. Candidate will report to the Director of Real Estate for Facility Support, while also leading a team of finance business analysts by setting priorities, coaching performance, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement across Real Estate Operations.

  • Establish a broad knowledge of the Real Estate Operations Org and its key functions/ systems utilized.

  • Gain understanding of key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish work effectively.

  • Perform data analytics reporting for Real Estate Operations performance measures.

  • Lead invoice processing and budget tracking activities, including review, coding, approvals, issue resolution, and expense monitoring.

  • Lead and develop finance business analysts responsible for invoice processing, budget tracking, reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement.

  • Set clear expectations, prioritize team workload, monitor progress, and provide timely guidance to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient execution.

  • Build team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, feedback, and support for professional growth.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve escalations, remove barriers, and maintain alignment on operational and financial priorities.

  • Support vendor management by coordinating with service providers, monitoring performance, and resolving invoice related issues.

  • Conduct seasonal reviews with team to determine gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency towards “making it easier” and best-in-class services.

  • Identify, evaluate, and ensure that appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating to Manager with solutions for mitigation when appropriate.

  • Candidate should have good written/communications skills

  • Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate
  • Ability to identify the impact of deliverables to ensure they are fully supported when rolled out.
  • Ability to create and foster a climate of adding value as a collaborator and delivering results by striving for excellence and inclusiveness.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as experience working in high security areas preferred

  • Prior analytical skillset of any kind preferred
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per week: 40 Hours
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $71,000.00-$100,000.00 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
