Job Summary:
The Digital Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair of existing LED Billboards and related components including but not limited to troubleshooting/diagnostics, maintenance, support of network hardware/software, and communication links in support of our advertising clients. This role also includes general property and display maintenance and upkeep as outlined below. routine maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for troubleshooting digital display products, systems, and processes and accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair these systems in timely and quality-conscious manner.
· Climb billboard structures, working at heights of up to 200’ for extended periods.
· Utilize appropriate systems, mobile applications to open, close tickets and track work.
· Work with low voltage power distribution and data communication/networking.
· Analyze problems, communicate with Manager, and network operations center.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
· Operation of aerial lift equipment.
· Shipping and receiving tools and parts associated with LED Billboards
· Install Out of Home (OOH) advertising copy on an auxiliary basis to assist Static Install Crew.
· Maintain and keep track of warehouse inventory.
· Advertisement materials logged and disposed of properly.
· Fabricate advertisement embellishments – copy extensions, Led lighting.
· Maintain offsite owned properties and structures including but not limited to vegetation and pest control.
· Maintain vehicles, construction tools, equipment and machinery.
· Billboard maintenance – Painting steel structures, minor structure repairs.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
One (1) years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and building repair a plus.
Skills
Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Has high work standards and attention to detail.
Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.
Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g, add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Capable of utilizing mobile and desktop platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, report issues, take pictures, complete forms and inputting hours worked.

some require climbing structures up to one hundred feet or higher.

Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license, CDL Class preferred.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
