Job Summary
This role will lead the strategic development and execution of employee communications, with a primary focus on supporting and advancing the FreeWheel business. It aligns messaging to company objectives, oversees communication channels and collaborates closely with leadership and functions to shape internal communications strategies and tactics that deliver clarity and impact.Job Description
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support key initiatives and advance business goals
- Write, edit, and deliver high-impact, company-wide communications aligned with core messaging and priorities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to drive executive communications and support critical business initiatives
- Collaborate across teams and functions to support key programs and projects
- Align and integrate communication strategies to ensure consistent, effective messaging across the organization
- Support team performance through participation in evaluations, training, and development initiatives
- Exercise strong independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $151,139.43 - $226,709.15
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
