Job Summary
This role is part of the Shield Device Ecosystem & Lifecycle Management team and is responsible for supporting the planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of Shield-connected devices and experiences across the connected home ecosystem. The Sr. Analyst will help drive device lifecycle initiatives including forecasting, launch readiness, operational planning, customer experience optimization, and ecosystem performance management. This individual will partner cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and external device partners to support successful device launches, integrations, and lifecycle execution.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Support planning, launch, and lifecycle management activities for Shield-connected devices and ecosystem experiences
- Assist with device ecosystem integrations, retail readiness, accessory planning, and go-to-market execution for new device initiatives
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to support successful device delivery and ecosystem coordination
- Analyze device performance, customer insights, operational metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Support lifecycle initiatives including upgrade strategies, break/fix analysis, device performance management, and customer experience improvements
- Build reporting, business cases, executive presentations, and operational analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Help coordinate cross-functional alignment and execution across multiple device, integration, and customer experience initiatives
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Generally requires 3–5 years of related experience
- Experience supporting device operations, product lifecycle management, ecosystem integrations, go-to-market execution, or connected home initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with forecasting, business analysis, operational reporting, or launch coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience within connected home, broadband, smart home, device ecosystem, or consumer technology categories preferred
