Job Summary
The Project Manager, P2P oversees the entire life cycle of straightforward to moderately complex projects. They ensure planned results are achieved within budget and on time by developing budgets and timelines. They track critical project milestones and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, vendors, and both exempt and non-exempt employees.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Implementing formal processes and tools for effective resource, budget, risk, and change management
- Identifying project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, registers, and timelines
- Planning and controlling project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource optimization
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to support project needs and services
- Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders and upper management
- Facilitating project meetings to ensure team alignment and effective communication
- Analyzing project outcomes, applying lessons learned to future projects, and contributing to the refinement of project management best practices
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree

2-5 Years
