We lead discussions around ideas, we welcome them from anyone and everyone, and we craft executions to differentiate our clients from their competition. All that we do links to empathy and the demonstration of shared values between client and brand.


CP is looking for an Art Director with a creative fire, who will shake things up. If you have some magic in your work, ideas that are simple yet genius, we would love to talk.

As an Art Director, you create and manage the overall design and visual style for our clients. You are involved in the concepting of larger campaigns as well as owning your own projects from start to finish. You’re always looking for interesting visual solutions to powerful ideas. You never sit still and don’t wait to be told what to create. Always acting as the guardian of quality.

We would love to see a portfolio of work that we can’t ignore or forget. In fact, a portfolio is mandatory in order to be considered.


  • Curiosity (understand the reason behind the task), courage (discover and attempt new ways to execute things), capability (have competence to perform complex tasks well), collaboration (be able to work well with those around you)
  • Concept award winning campaigns on strategy
  • Create attention-grabbing designs, connect emotionally and tell a great story.
  • Work collaboratively within an integrated team, including, but not limited to brand leadership, strategic planning, paid and social media and project management
  • Present concepts and executions to colleagues and clients with confidence and an openness to feedback
  • Manages and supervises other designers and writers to bring your vision
  • Stay on top of ever-evolving trends and updates within the industry, sharing back with internal teams and clients while applying to everyday work


  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, results-driven personality with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A high degree of creativity and problem-solving ability
  • 4-5 years designing advertising/marketing campaigns at an agency or in-house for major brand(s)
  • Experience teaming with copywriting partners to ideate and execute (Creative agency experience desired, but not required)
  • BFA in Graphic Design, Advertising or similar experience
  • Excellent presentation skills & and attention to detail
  • Experience working with various departments within an agency environment
  • Expertise and fluency with a majority of the Adobe Creative Suite but especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and an understanding of the process of concepting for video units and site experiences on every platform and device
