How will this role have an impact?

The Business Analytics Senior Analyst operates in areas including, but not limited to the following:

• Collaborates with internal and vendor partners to identify and understand data and information needs.

• Establishes processes and infrastructure to capture and house data from relevant sources.

• Ensures data consistency across vendors and reporting media.

• Makes extensive use of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL requiring advanced skills.

• Writes code and queries using languages such as R and SQL to capture, clean, consolidate, store, access, audit, visualize, trend and report on vendor performance data.

• Creates new reporting, envisions, codes and implements data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyzes performance and provides summary reports and trending.

• Identifies and escalates data accuracy concerns for partners to address.

• Facilitates action-focused/data-centered conversations with stakeholders about opportunities and trends in the data.

• Contributes to ad hoc special projects.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
