Digital Product Manager - Enterprise Data Platform
Summary:
We are seeking a well-rounded Product Manager for our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating experiences that allow our customers to build valuable insights and applications on our Enterprise Data Platform. This role will help define and execute on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the EDP. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with design, engineering, their peers, and partners to reimagine how our customers get work done on our platform and then execute that work.
The ideal candidate will be extremely curious with a passion for solving customer problems. They have a combination of human, business, and technological skills that can be applied in a complex, regulated, and fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the platform, ensuring it meets user needs and scales effectively.
Operate in a Product Team model with Engineering and Design to build holistic solutions that address viability, feasibility, usability, and value.
Work across teams to remove barriers to collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared goals.
Develop and execute product roadmaps and timelines for platform initiatives, setting targets, measuring progress, and ensuring successful delivery of capabilities.
Create and engage in feedback loops to validate priorities and drive experimentation, ensuring that the product evolves based on user input.
Clearly communicate the product vision to focus stakeholders on outcomes, building strong partnerships through transparency and a “show don’t tell” approach.
Prioritize efforts that have the highest business impact in the shortest period, focusing on delivering quality working software that balances valuable, secure, resilient capabilities with time to deployment.
Execute the product strategy and extract value through the product lifecycle for the front door to the Enterprise Data Platform.
Adjust and refine product backlog with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, to create value through working software and minimize time to market.
Craft the product backlog to balance technical debt, foundational capabilities, emerging technology, and operational activities to ensure a sustainable product lifecycle.
Refine product through iterative deployment coupled with observable results, continuously measuring customer and business impact to validate hypotheses and illustrate outcomes.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product development process. This includes articulating product goals, updates, and changes in a manner that resonates with diverse audiences, fostering a shared understanding and alignment on objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, product designer, software developer, or a related field.
Experience defining, maintaining, and prioritizing a product backlog that is well-defined, clear and actionable.
Proven ability to manage and execute product development processes, including but not limited to primary research, data analysis, prioritization, communications, and change management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and presenting to diverse audiences at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building developer platforms and managing developer experiences, particularly in a data space, highly preferred.
Experience in cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Platform.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
