Position Summary
As part of the Governance and Strategy Execution Team for the Individual & Family Plan (IFP) business, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the IFP’s strategy. This includes developing a strategic execution roadmap aligned with Aetna’s overall business strategy, enabling the organization to remain competitive and effectively serve its customers. The Sr Mgr., Strategy Execution will also lead critical strategic initiatives and institute performance management tools to track progress against the strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Strategy Execution roadmap for the IFP business, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and accountability, in alignment with the overall business unit strategy.
Drive project and program planning for critical cross-department strategic initiatives that accelerate the IFP strategy. This includes developing comprehensive program plans with objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate across the IFP and broader Aetna organization to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
Adapt project and program plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and reinforce organizational standards.
Develop and institute performance tracking tools, scorecards, and processes to monitor progress against critical strategic objectives. Support ongoing change management and team adoption of these tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in one or more of the following project management, business consulting, strategy, finance, operations, analysis
Analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to effectively interact in a matrix environment with a diverse workforce and across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Domain expertise in Managed Care and IFP/Marketplace business lines
Strong business judgment and financial acumen
Previous experience working for a large national carrier.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
