Position Summary

CVS Health is on a journey to becoming the most consumer-centric health company and creating optimal experiences for customers, members, clients, and colleagues. The Manager Reporting & Analytics will play a critical role in helping CVS Health to achieve this goal. As we deliver enhanced value and improved health outcomes for consumers and CVS Health, this role will be pivotal to report accurate metrics and insights into the data.

The Manager of Test Center of Excellence Reporting & Analytics will focus primarily on reporting, forecasting and managing and reporting our testing metrics and deliver on ad hoc requests to assist senior leadership and testing teams make decisions. Additional tasks will include the responsibility of proactively finding, synthesizing, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, the candite should be able to automate reporting freeing up time analyses the data, communicate how operational and systemic trend impact customers and CVS Health, and prioritize multiple workstream in a fast passed environment.


Required Qualifications

2+ years of reporting experience

2+ years of SQL building, automating, transforming, and integrating business logic & data into robust pipelines.

2+ year of building & managing business intelligence reports such as (Power BI or Tableau) to monitor and automatically track incentives, business health, and project objectives.

2+ years of using data to solve complex business problems, evaluative initiatives, and generating data driven stories to decision makers.

2+ years using BI and power point to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

2+ years of process documentation allowing for migrating process to other stakeholders.

2+ year managing projects and proven record of delivering product to spec within reasonable timelines.

2+ years of work with a large cross-functional team, including multiple digital scrum teams, IT project, legal and other partners, to developing solutions.

2+ year of identifying and instituting scalable process enhancements / tools for greater efficiency of recurring processes.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Healthcare Insurance

Experience working with Healthcare operational data

Experience working with Quality Assurance Team

Programming experience (R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc.) and familiarity handling large datasets is a plus but is not required.

Proven ability to influence leadership and business partners, prioritize competing workstreams, and build relationships across large and complex organizations.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in highly complex environments.

Experience in developing use cases and tracking project ROI.

Education

Bachelor Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
