Position Summary
Responsible for standing-up cross-team working model/process as it relates to Omnichannel Orchestration deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plan for the Omnichannel Orchestration Strategy deliverables; understand interdependencies with other teams (e.g., DAM, Offer Engine) and implications to business and financial results to proactively prioritize, escalate, and hold teams accountable
Act as PMO (project management office) for technical, DAM, Creative operation deliverables as it relates to Omnichannel Orchestration (Example: ensuring technical milestones are being discussed and maintaining communication with technical project manager regarding progress/issues/etc. so that risk can be monitored.)
Proactively manage project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate project completion, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Manage development and management of various Roadmaps as it pertains to Omnichannel Orchestration.
Manage day-to-day operations with any agency team members.
Manage “soft duties” for projects (coordinating meetings, key next steps, etc.).
Aide in the development of project artifacts by identifying required collaborators, coordinating any required meetings, and ensuring that final artifacts are internally approved.
Help to develop or maintain staffing plans and/or budgetary documents, as needed.
Collaborate with team members, providing mentorship, guidance, and/or support to enhance work area project management skills.
Day to Day
Coordinate required meetings to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Maintain project plans/status documents.
Identify and support in mitigating risks impacting the project.
Collaborate with stakeholders on overall project needs and/or project pivots.
Act as primary liaison for all agency deliverables.
Meet with other project managers to ensure timely delivery of non-strategy related deliverables.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience in relation to marketing technology.
Understanding of Adobe stack (e.g., AEM, CJA, AJO) and how to drive for omnichannel orchestration.
Proactive, critical thinker who is adept at problem solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient at developing, implementing and refining project management methodologies, tools, templates, etc. to ensure project delivery in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to communicate effectively to and work with various Stakeholders including technical partners and senior leaders
Able to quickly grasp organizational complexity and nuance within individual workstreams to drive project forward and bring teams to alignment
End-to-end understanding of omnichannel orchestration and lifecycle journey management.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Experience with Jira, Workfront, Agile project management systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
