Title: Sr. Analyst, RBE Marketing

Location: Remote (or Chicago)

The Risk Bearing Entity (RBE) is responsible for bringing together proven health care interventions to support Medicare members in their healthcare journey.

The Senior Analyst, RBE Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans that engage and build trust with members. This role will also offer critical support to the RBE field sales and clinical teams through managing our online field marketing platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong project manager, enjoys solving problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with other members of the RBE team, CVS Health, and payor partners to engage members to help drive best-in-class health outcomes for the RBE. This role will support marketing initiatives across all RBE programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape marketing initiatives that have a direct impact on engaging and building trust with potential new members and current members. You'll work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, gain experience in cross-functional marketing strategy, and contribute to meaningful programs that drive real results.


This role will report directly to the Lead Director, RBE Marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Build and implement marketing plans focused on member engagement and building trust across marketing assets including direct mail, handouts/flyers, email, social media, call center scripting, etc.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the RBE team and payor partners to develop and refine member communication strategies and materials.

  • Member Engagement Assets: Develop, manage, and optimize marketing materials and assets to support ongoing member engagement efforts.

  • Feedback & Optimization: Work directly with internal teams to gather feedback on marketing initiatives, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies for better results.

  • Field Marketing Support Management: Oversee the field marketing platform, including vendor and budget management, inventory management, new item development, and responding to employee support requests, to ensure the field teams have the resources they need.

What are we looking for?:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in building and executing marketing plans, and overseeing the creation of marketing assets; experience working with a field-based marketing team is a plus.

  • The ability to put yourself in the consumer’s shoes (strong consumer mind-set and consumer empathy).

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, experience with direct mail vendors, and marketing reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify trends in data, and recommend actionable next steps.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
