Position Summary
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Wellpartner, you will be responsible for raising awareness, increasing brand perception, and driving growth for the Wellpartner business. You will partner closely with Wellpartner leaders, sales, account and product teams as well as Marketing leaders to identify and align on business priorities. And you will build and execute upon a well-defined strategic marketing plan based on insights, research, industry knowledge and best practices to engage 340B covered entities and achieve business objectives. You will own the go-to-market strategy for Wellpartner and ensure your plan is implemented by engaging effectively with the Wellpartner team, internal subject matter experts, corporate communications, the events team, and various marketing colleagues and creative partners and agencies.
This role requires a deep knowledge of B2B marketing and execution, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships. You will be accountable for managing multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and within budget. Your ability to get results with a focus on metrics and reporting will be critical. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team with the ability to articulate and manage expectations on direction, resources, and support to drive business goals; proactively guide and develop talent to build a high performing team and foster career growth.
- Developing strategic marketing plans leveraging campaign data, audience insights, market research, industry knowledge, and best practices to form the most effective approaches to engage target audiences and drive demand.
- Executing strategic marketing plans to achieve growth and retention targets for Wellpartner. This includes brand positioning and narrative development, internal and external communication plans, marketing collateral development and channel mix to drive maximum results.
- Partnering closely with the business to identify and align on business priorities and ensure the plan is implemented by engaging effectively with subject matter experts.
- Communicating with marketing and business partners on plans and performance in a continuous improvement cycle to meet and exceed goals. This includes reporting on progress, KPIs and goals regularly, and adjusting the marketing plan as needed to optimize results.
- Measuring digital marketing program performance and outcomes to optimize site and campaign performance.
To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal and written.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with key business partners who are off-site/remote.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years B2B marketing experience.
- Experience working across marketing channels (e.g., email, digital, events, sales, media, etc.).
- Experience working with internal and/or external creative agency partners to bring the overall marketing strategy to fruition.
- Health care marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Health care expertise and understanding, specifically with 340B administration.
- Digital marketing experience: proficient in using and optimizing digital channels to engage 340B covered entities, including experience with MarTech stack and tools (Adobe suite).
- Strong organizational skills: ability to schedule people, tasks, or projects and to develop realistic action plans given time and resource constraints.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
