Position Summary
The Supply Chain, Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the operations and management of mailing/parcel vendor services that support the Print Procurement business units for final mile transportation. This includes but is not limited to the mailing/parcel service from the originating facilities to the customers while being responsible for any issues or concerns regarding quality of service and vendor compliance.
Responsible for assisting the CVS Procurement Team with contract development and expense inputs, including mailing rates and billing. Serve as departmental liaison between various business partners within the organization, mail software and equipment providers, and the United States Postal Service regarding service needs. Responsibilities also include a role with vendor invoicing and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track total spend by type/mode of delivery for the Print Procurement business unit.
- Assist CVS Procurement with identifying potential RFPs and negotiating new rates for cost saving opportunities.
- Manages communication between print operations, and business partners with regard to pick up/delivery, cancellation, and schedule changes to ensure clarity and timeliness of reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between print vendors and internal teams.
- Resolve all discrepancies with regard to billing and the vendor invoice payment process.
- Ensure couriers comply with all federal, state, and local regulations for final mile delivery. Implement procedures to ensure regulations are met.
- Assist in the management of mailing audit administration and reporting.
- Partner with internal print managers and marketing teams to meet service expectations.
- Create, maintain and distribute final mile metric reports/scorecards.
- Define and analyze performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis. Collaborate with various business partners on adding efficiencies to delivery process that will drive down total courier spend and improve service.
- Provide back-up coverage for teammates in support of the overall Retail final mile team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in Mail Operations or Supply Chain
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ThoughtSpot
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and independently solve business problems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in order to maximize the business impact
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proven track record for constructing and presenting data to support recommendations and project objectives
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive decision-making and consensus across all levels within the organization
- Proven ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply sound business judgment
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable processes

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
