Position Summary

The CVS Health Women’s Health and Genomics team is part of the Medical Affairs organization responsible for advancing the highest clinical quality standards, increasing access to care, improving patient outcomes and reducing health care costs across the enterprise. We deliver effective and efficient solutions that span a broad range of clinical priorities.

As Senior Manager, Strategic Engagement Project Management, on the Enterprise Women’s Health and Genomics Team, you will be responsible for delivering on innovative projects and content strategy that demonstrates the value of the clinical strategies and solutions. You will ensure successful delivery of the strategies and initiatives through content design and distribution through internal and external channels. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and with business partners across CVS Health to co-deliver women’s health and genomics initiatives. This involves coordinating content strategies, defining the channels across the organization to deliver content to clients and end users and ensuring the resources across the enterprise are coordinated to demonstrate a consistent message on our value to clients and consumers.

This experienced project manager will have demonstrable skills in executive presentation and storytelling, thought leadership development, designing and implementing content strategy across a matrixed organization, executing go-to-market strategies for clinical programs and services, and optimizing program engagement.

You will need to be motivated by a desire to optimize CVS Health resources to support improved health outcomes that drive business results. As the work is highly innovative and dependent on business partner alignment, you will be expected to continuously adapt as needs require and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. In addition, you will be required to independently manage complex projects and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support their progress. As well as be proactive, creative, and nimble in your approach to enable success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work across the team to design resources to effectively engage internal and external audiences in promoting the women’s health and genomics strategies, initiatives and demonstrated value

  • Deliver on projects that will distribute resources to our end users

  • Design content strategies that will support the enterprise and individual business units in demonstrating our value in women’s health and genomics

  • Consult with the team in prioritizing opportunities for maximum value and impact – outlining strategies and bold goals that could be supported through content delivery

  • Design of talking points and slide creation for strategies, executive presentations, client presentations, and conferences

  • Develop whitepapers and thought leadership to demonstrate opportunities in women’s health and genomics and the company’s impact and outcomes

  • Develop business cases to secure resources and funding to promote women’s health and genomics B2B and B2C

  • Support event logistics management identifying placement opportunities, partnerships, and resources to effectively promote our women’s health and genomics strategies and resources

  • Coordinate with colleagues across the enterprise in areas such as marketing, branding, communications, events, sales and analytics to identify business opportunities for engagement

  • Design executive briefing materials to demonstrate progress toward goals and delivery of clinical and business value

  • Collaborate with content creators, writers, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content that demonstrates our clinical strategies and outcomes

  • Review women’s health and genomics content produced by other teams to ensure alignment to strategies and promote a central clinical “voice”

  • Design innovative content delivery channels and resources to improve engagement in our programs and solutions

  • Provide coaching to the team to support storytelling when designing and implementing initiatives

  • Support the implementation team in execution of projects that will be leveraged in content creation and distribution

  • Support the value measurement team in establish success metrics, analyze existing program performance, identifying areas of opportunity to improve engagement

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years project management work experience in health care

  • Experience designing and implementing content strategy across a matrixed organization

  • Success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for clinical programs and services

  • Experience optimizing program and product engagement with documented outcomes

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, including aptitude for writing and storytelling and facilitation in virtual and in-person settings

  • Experience writing and producing thought leadership

  • Ability to establish project objectives, milestones and meet deadlines and satisfy customers with multiple competing priorities

  • Ability to effectively interact one-on-one with all levels of management, including executive leadership

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Effective technical skills within PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications



Preferred Qualifications

  • Health care insurance, wellness and/or life science industry experience preferred

  • Success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for clinical programs and services


Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, health care, life sciences, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
