Position Summary

The Agile Business Manager/Analyst role serves as a crucial liaison between the IT development team and business units, focusing on the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. The position combines responsibilities in business analysis and agile project management, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This combined role emphasizes the importance of both business analysis and agile methodologies in delivering effective technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to evaluate new applications, identify system requirements, and recommend enhancements to current systems.
  • Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring the successful implementation of business analysis solutions.
  • Assess the feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advancements and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to foster strong relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively addressed.
  • Conduct reviews, tests, and evaluations to ensure technology solutions meet defined quality standards.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and promote collaboration within the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for stakeholder communication, gathering feedback to inform process improvements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor team progress using agile metrics and reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights on productivity, velocity, and quality.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.


Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis and agile project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on agility and personal development.
  • Proven execution and delivery skills, including planning and supporting technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
