Position Summary

are looking for innovative marketing, customer experience, and service design leaders who
think big and push boundaries to drive results, for the customer, and for the business.
As the Store Experience Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and
implementing a store experience data management resource to improve teamwork and store
signage efficiency. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors will be
necessary to ensure the successful execution of this initiative within budget and on schedule.
Ongoing support and innovation will be imperative. This role reports to the Director and requires
understanding of potential technological capabilities and opportunities to integrate multiple
workstreams.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, such as strategists, design team, and customer
service, and external vendors to align strategies with overall business objectives.
• Analyzes and interprets data to assess the effectiveness of various opportunities.
• Evaluates market research and technologies to gather insights on customer preferences
and competitive landscape.
• Delivers reports and presentations to communicate findings, performance metrics, and
recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identifies areas of concern and suggests corrective actions.
• Develops and manages project schedules for key bodies of work, identifying timing
efficiencies and proactively finding solutions to potential risks.
• Acts as the main point of contact for vendor partners, establishing and maintaining
relationships.
• Manages production estimates and purchase orders, identifying opportunities for cost
savings without compromising quality.
• Identifies areas for process improvement within the production workflow, implementing
best practices and efficiencies to enhance operations.
• Encourages team members to explore innovative solutions and approaches to operational
challenges
Required Qualifications
•3 years of customer experience within a retail enviroment
Preferred Qualifications
•Excellent oral and written communication
•Expertise in understanding the potential of continuously advancing technologies,
including AI.
•Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet
deadlines.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities to convey complex information to diverse
audiences.
• Strong knowledge of print industry standards and processes, with attention to detail and
quality assurance.
• Familiarity with in-store retail environments.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
Education
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
