Position Summary
The 340B Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Analytics to report to the Senior Manager, Business Analytics.
In this role you will consult with stakeholders across the organization and leverage data and analytics to drive strategic analysis for a variety of evolving needs. These range from identification of opportunities for revenue growth, client acquisition and retention, operational optimization, and cost savings. You will plan, develop, and implement analytic solutions, including identifying data sources and designing, prototyping, and maintaining data visualization solutions and self-service reports.
Examples of the type of projects you will work on in this role include:
- Combining internal and external data sources, market knowledge, and analytic techniques to forecast total market size and growth in support of long-range planning
- Creating and managing Tableau dashboards to monitor inventory replenishment rates and business impacts, highlighting key insights and actionable steps the team can take to improve metrics
- Evaluating low performing business and generating recommendations for improvement, influencing key internal business partners to act on recommendations
- Developing end-to-end customer tracking from prospect to active customer, identifying key drivers of performance and using those learnings to better forecast new customer value
- Building relationship with various SMEs around the company and adopt best in class processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, timelessness, and relevance to the business
- Proactively streamlining reporting and processes to enhance accuracy and effectiveness
- Working with pharmacy claim data and/or market data to understand root causes of specific issues across the 340B Program
- Studying and researching overall market trends to measure the overall size of the 340B market and related issues in healthcare.

Required Qualifications
- Able to collaborate well with others and build strong relationships
- Analytical and strategic thinker with experience solving business problems using data
- Proven ability to turn data into a compelling story with actionable insights
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable asking questions and working in ambiguity
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics and health-related area or must possess transferable skills
- Experience with business visualization programs (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with Teradata, Microsoft SQL server, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has understanding of and can apply statistical analysis techniques
- Low code/no code programs
- Experience in building automations with Alteryx, Dataiku, or other related programs
- Experience in working with and managing large healthcare data sets
- Familiarly with SQL or other programming languages used to extract and manage data
- Has understanding of and can apply statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with Salesforce and salesforce integration software
Education
Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
