Role Description:
The Specialty Care team at Oak Street works under the Population Health umbrella to extend our value based care model into the Specialty Care space, advancing our innovative and transformative approach to providing high-quality care.
The Analyst will partner closely with Specialty Care leadership, as well as management across Population Health and Service Operations to support the development and refinement of Oak Street’s strategic agenda and operations around Specialty Care. This role will leverage Oak Street’s growing data capabilities to improve the project management, operations, and accuracy of the Oak Street Preferred Networks, as well as broader referral management activities, in order to ultimately drive greater impact around Specialty Care.
The ideal candidate will be adept at creating structure from ambiguity, extremely detail-oriented, analytical by nature, comfortable taking ownership & following up, self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment, while bringing their experience and innovative ideas.
Core Responsibilities:
● Support strategic problem solving, opportunity analysis & new idea generation for initiatives within the Specialty Care team at Oak Street.
● Manage detail-oriented projects requiring partnering across internal cross-functional teams, product teams, and third party vendors.
● Own the analytics and project management of large and complex data sets on an ongoing basis, as well as ad hoc analyses for strategic and operational initiatives within Specialty Care.
● Partner with the Service Operations teams to support ongoing initiatives related to Specialty Care, including verification of the Preferred Networks data, as well as new operational programs to increase care coordination for external referrals and orders.
● Support data management of the Preferred Specialist Network, including data correction requests, spatial analyses, network refreshes, and performance metrics.
● Own quality assurance of data analytics, escalating concerns and risks as necessary.
● Build relationships with Specialty Care third-party data vendors, and communicate updates and concerns over email and meetings.
● Create metrics and reports to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Ensure all tools are functioning as intended and partner with Specialty Care leadership and Product Management for quick resolution if troubleshooting is necessary.
● Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency of workflows and overall project development.
● Other duties as assigned.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
