Position Summary
The manager of Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling & Data will help oversee the systems and processes which schedule our 180,000 retail store colleagues each week. You will serve as a subject matter expert of the scheduling & timekeeping systems used across our 9,000+ Retail stores (Front Store and Pharmacy). You will provide accurate and actionable reporting insights to support senior leaders, field leaders, and the business. The manager will oversee key areas of colleague scheduling, punch in/out, and reporting including:
Scheduling & Punch Systems,
- Serve as a SME on multiple scheduling and timekeeping systems to identify and create solutions to ensure we are scheduling in a fair and compliant manner
- Own key components of the time in/out functions used across several in-store hardware devices
- Complete thorough testing of systems as changes are made during the year
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve common issues and concerns raised by store and field leaders
- Partner with IT and external vendors to develop requirements for enhancements
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to support the broader WFM roadmap
Reporting & Analytics,
- Produce accurate and actionable weekly & monthly level metrics for scheduling scorecards and dashboards
- Resolve reporting questions from stores and field to help them better understand their results
- Design & implement metric enhancements as scorecards evolve to meet the needs of the business
- Analyze large amounts of data to creating reporting, identify trends and present data at a high level to leadership
Field Support, Communication, and Engagement,
- Drive field adoption of existing and new scheduling/timekeeping tools
- Develop an effective field communication strategy for new enhancements and reinforcing existing processes
- Present to large field and senior leader audiences
- Triage, research, and respond to field inquiries in a timely fashion
- Lead and develop direct report(s)
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working across teams on initiatives with a high degree of complexity
- 3+ years experience analyzing data and using reporting to drive business outcomes
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree or PharmD
- 3+ years retail store or field leadershi experience
- Experience with Access, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools
- 3+ years experience testing and deployment of software enhancements
- Communicates clearly to small and large groups internally and externally to lead complex projects to completion.
- Proven ability to work with multiple reports to synthesize insights and outline meaningful, actionable steps for the field to implement to represent Workforce Management and its leadership teams by delivering high quality, timely reports. Must be able to analyze data and metrics to work with impacted areas to develop, and communicate recommendations
- Proven ability to deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction
- Proven ability as a self-starter to take initiative, thrive off a challenge and can think outside of the box to propose new ideas that have not been tried before
Education
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
