Position Summary

• Execute day-to-day operations and become an expert on the RubiconMD platform and other projects as they arise
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and client success teams to build scale through automation efforts and inform new products
• Be an in-house expert on all internal tool integrations such as - Zendesk, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zapier, Squarespace, Jira, etc.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and frameworks to support growth in users and utilization of the platform
• Deeply understand user behavior by gathering insights and metrics
• Review lab reports and medical notes to identify and remove any protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII)
• Provide customer support to the entire user base for all concerns and matters related to all RubiconMD’s platforms and offerings
• Serve as the point of contact for the account credentialing process, including managing all requests, addressing any issues, and communicating effectively with all relevant stakeholders
• Assist in providing support across the Platform Operations team when needed, which will include managing shifts, weekend work, and covering for team members who may be away

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Prior experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zapier, or other help desk and technical applications is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a startup-like environment where you may end up wearing many different hats and learning different areas of the business must be expected

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with writing basic SQL queries

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of platform operations, technical customer support, analytics, product, or equivalent department, or relevant project management experience

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
