Position Summary
-Designs, executes, and evaluates communication campaigns to deliver key messages to members.
-Under general supervision, develops communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, focused on enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.
-Develops high-quality written and visual content for member communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and other relevant materials.
-Examines member data and demographics to segment the membership base and develop targeted communication strategies for specific groups.
-Identifies opportunities to leverage appropriate communication channels to effectively reach members, such as email, social media platforms, online forums, mobile apps, and traditional print media.
-Analyzes campaign results and provides regular reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Communicates internally on industry best practices, trends, and advancements in member communication strategies.
-Edits and improves team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and identifies bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implements changes to optimize team performance.
-Identifies opportunities for training needs within the team and coordinates training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as communication strategies, writing techniques, data analysis, or project management.
Required Qualifications
-3-5 years of prior relevant work experience
-Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
-Project management skills
-Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
-Strong computer knowledge including the MS suit, specifically excel and word.
-Highly organized
-Strong task management skills
-Independent and flexible to pivot as needed.
-Medicare Part D experience
-Bachelors degree
Education
-Highschool diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
