Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive innovation and excellence across our Business Operations and Strategic Planning functions. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing initiatives that align with organizational goals and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of new initiatives that support business operations and long-term strategic planning.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic and operational priorities, ensuring end-to-end accountability from vision to execution.
Design and implement change management strategies to support the seamless rollout of strategic initiatives and departmental objectives.
Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on data-driven analysis to uncover performance drivers, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for growth.
Foster strong relationships across the organization to gather insights and ensure alignment with key stakeholders, including providers and internal teams.
Partner with executive leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and establish best practices across the enterprise.
Champion process and digital excellence by ensuring business partners and stakeholders are equipped with the tools and knowledge to drive operational success.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry disruptions to inform decision-making in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Set performance standards, define goals, and evaluate outcomes to ensure the successful achievement of Business Operations and Strategy objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategic planning, or a related field.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
