The Executive Director of Forecasting Operations & Strategy will be a key senior strategic operations leader for the Home and Community Services (HCS) business. The leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating all forecasting related activities representing operations in partnership with Finance, Operations, Analytics, Product and other stakeholders. In addition, the leader will have a significant role representing Signify operational leadership with clients and lead teams focused on production performance for these clients and analytics and business planning related to all clients.
This leader will represent national and cross-region clients, and partner closely with our regional operations strategy teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence related to production support, client forecasting, delivery and prioritization (including facilitation of trade-off discussions and decisions). This leader will be a critical partner to the leadership teams of the Product, Client Success, Data and Analytics, Clinical Experience and enterprise Health Care Delivery and CVS organizations related to Signify’s core business. Client and executive leadership exposure within Signify and across the broader CVS organization is expected on a daily basis.
The Executive Director of Forecasting Operations & Strategy will be integral in shaping Home and Community Services’ performance-focused culture, “client obsession” and building trust across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery to meet our member, patient, client and company expectations. This leader is expected to manage multiple teams and lead the development of the operational improvement portfolio and roadmap related to client performance, national and cross-regional strategy, operations and client analytics including detailed execution plans and communications for impacted teams and stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead the bottoms-up operational forecasting process ensuring alignment with top-down finance forecasts. Seamless communication across all teams contributing to and impacted by forecasts including alignment and consistent achievement of targets
- Lead the National Production team driving target setting, analysis, production execution and building consensus with our clients; by partnering with Client Success, Client Operations and GeoMode to promote growth outcomes.
- Build and maintain trust and relationship with key national / enterprise accounts, regional and cross-region clients; deliver on commitments through aligned forecasting, production strategies, membership targeting, and maximizing assessment value to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Develop Production and GeoMode roadmaps, initiatives, operational portfolio to impact IHE performance, ensure consistency in execution, and transparency in strategies
- Responsible for cross-matrix and enterprise wide stakeholder alignment representing Production and GeoMode functions, driving quick and concise decisions. Home and Community Services organization key partners including but not limited to: Product, R&D, Client Success, Client Operations, Data, Analytics, Health Care Services overall forecasting and planning teams (e.g. FP&A), Member Engagement, Health Care Delivery and CVS strategic initiatives.
- Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing team of operational and delivery professionals; recruit new members to the team, as well as provide coaching and feedback to any dotted-line relationships from other internal teams that align to portfolio and client initiatives.
- Oversight for all analytics work related to clients and clinician experience organization including prioritization of requests and consistent use / adoption of tools and data sources / definitions

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Qualifications
The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the HCS and broader healthcare delivery business, as well as interaction with the broader CVS organization. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:
- Approximately 12 years of healthcare experience
- Experience identifying business opportunities and creating and implementing operational and/or product strategies to address business needs
- Strong financial acumen building and managing forecasts with clients and leadership, P&L management, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Proven ability to understand business strategies, to set strategic direction and formulate/execute concise solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to work successfully within a matrix environment and influence internal stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
- Strong people management skills and proven experience leading teams through growth and change.
- Critical thinking skills: ability to develop, document and effectively communicate strategies
- Experience gathering data, analyzing issues, identifying core causes and address opportunities related to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges
- Project and change management skills to respond to short- and long-term business priorities.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills with business leadership, operational peers and centers of excellence

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
