Position Summary
The successful candidate will support the Change Management function as we modernized Change Enablement as a practice. This strategic team member will collaborate with teams across the enterprise to modernize our change management practice by embedding agile, policy-aware models in our DevSecOps workflows. This team member will interact with all levels of the IT organization to drive accountability of the teams involved as well as simplify and automate processes to make it easier for IT partners to use.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, and be willing to join a fast-paced, high-profile business area.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Champion automation and simplification of change workflows across CI/CD pipelines
- Drives accountability of all teams involved in change process
- Design and maintain lightweight change workflows within CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with engineering, compliance, and risk teams to embed policy into automated workflows
- Leverage ServiceNow for data-driven visibility and traceability across changes
- Improve CI selection practices to support automation and CSDM principles focusing on risk reduction and visibility
- Ability to provide real-time response to time sensitive requests
- Accountable for adhering to Change Management policies
- Ensures change requests meet minimal change management requirements thereby minimizing risk of changes having an adverse customer/client impact
- Serve as a change ambassador, educating IT partners on automation capabilities and streamlined processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in ITSM Change Management, with exposure to regulated industries
- Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipeline integrations
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and data modeling
- Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL & NIST)
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications: ITIL v4, DevOps Foundation, ServiceNow System Admin (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certified
- Experience with ServiceNow designing change models embedded in agile workflows
- Background in automation governance or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling (eg, Git, Jenkins, Ansible)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
