Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual contributor to join our Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT) Client Services and Operations Division. This role will support the growth and delivery of our Professional Services business, helping to win and retain clients while ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation.
As a key member of our consultative team, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to define strategy, develop client-facing materials, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities. You’ll bring a strong understanding of healthcare technology and client engagement to drive successful outcomes across multiple high-impact opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to enhance the value of CVS Health through DDAT services.
- Support the development and execution of DDAT strategy, including client solution scoping and qualification.
- Ensure clarity of client contract obligations and performance guarantees to support smooth transitions to implementation teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maintain up-to-date collateral and sales materials.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure client and business success.
- Capture and document client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
- Maintain deep knowledge of PBM, healthcare, and technology trends to support client needs.
- Assist in contract and RFP review and finalization for DDAT-related services.
- Build trusted relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or technology consulting/client-facing roles.
- 7+ years of professional experience in a client facing role.
- Experience with RFP and contract review for technology-related services.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours as needed.

Education
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
