Position Summary:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. You will evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. You will also prepare communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Meritain's Core Claims processing systems, specifically the DG
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors concerning their extracts and load files

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
