Position Summary:
As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will immediately become an important contributor to the Oak Street People Operations (HR) Team. This role will allow you to provide full life cycle, and high volume of recruitment that will contribute to Oak Street Health's success. You will enhance the level of quality and quantity of our staff. Your ability to be successful in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment while being highly organized and detail oriented is essential and will also contribute to your success.
Core Responsibilities:
Independently manage a requisition load ranging from 30-50 positions at any given time
Actively and creatively source/headhunt candidates for hard to fill roles by scouring job search websites and contacting those candidates personally
Maintain strong relationships with candidates
Maintain strong partnership with hiring managers - brainstorm with them, post to job boards, attend specialized job fairs with them
Maintain hiring workflow (process demographic information, work on job requisitions in our ATS, etc.)
Audit ATS system regularly to accurately reflect open roles and contribute to Talent Team metrics
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Actively participate in creating a great candidate experience by ensuring the hiring process is fair and consistent throughout
Partner with Talent Coordinator and Learning and Development team to ensure necessary paperwork and pre-employment verification of new hires is done and that they start on their specified orientation date
Ad hoc process improvement projects

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting; more preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
Strong computer skills
US work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
Proven planning, priority setting, and time management skills coupled with a tremendous sense of urgency
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with integrity
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
