Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support modernization efforts across our Medicare Sales verticals, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), B2B, and Telephony. This role will partner closely with the AVP of Application Development and additional leaders inside the Aetna Technology organization to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support agile delivery, and ensure alignment between technical execution and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales workflows, and experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments. A customer-obsessed mindset, familiarity with agent-assisted digital enrollment, and an understanding of unified sales platforms and AI-driven capabilities will be valuable in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a technical or healthcare environment
- Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting agile teams with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story development
- Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and agent-assisted workflows
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, microservices, and data integration
- Experience working in HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments
- Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, or real-time analytics pipelines
- Background in sales operations, lead management, or telesales systems
- Understanding of AI integration in sales workflows and marketing enablement strategies
- Experience supporting unified sales platforms across multiple channels
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile Product Ownership is a plus
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
