Position Summary
Signify Health is seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Product Analyst to lead the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and customer success.

Department: Care Logistics Platform, Signify Health

Work Location: Remote with some travel

Reporting To: Manager, Analytics

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop an expert level understanding of Signify’s core product offerings and analytics technology

  • Define, track, report out, and explain product metrics including performance and profitability

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product health, highlight insights, and monitor the success of product initiatives

  • Become a key partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and Analytics teams to drive key Signify objectives

  • Be a champion of A/B testing and help stakeholders throughout the company design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests correctly

  • Use alternative causal inferences techniques when A/B testing is not feasible

  • Develop ROI projections for analytics projects to prioritize analytics deliverables by impact to the business.

  • Communicate progress, barriers, priority and budget regularly with leadership

  • Tell compelling stories through data, articulating technical information to a non technical audience


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 5 or more years of experience in a technical product analytics or data science role, with a proven track record of influencing product decisions through technical insights

  • Experience building, developing and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions

  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other statistical analysis methods, including regression, clustering, classification, and predictive modeling

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, and experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling

  • Experience working with data engineering teams to develop data pipelines and ensure data integrity across multiple systems

  • Proven ability to translate complex analyses into technical and actionable insights for various stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner


Preferred Qualifications

  • Power BI experience is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with causal inference techniques (e.g., propensity score matching, instrumental variables, difference-in-differences) is a plus

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
